         One thing that could be improved is the box. For such a pretty
ring, the plastic box is rather plain, and the ring doesn't stay stationary.
I would have been willing to pay more for a nicer box, for example, one with

Hi Frank,

Everything went wonderfully on Christmas morning. I had bought Susan a
Hallmark Christmas Tree ornament (sort of an annual ritual), which this year
was a blond (important) bride in the Barbie doll tradition. The ornament was
inside a sort of shrink wrapped clear plastic cover but there was room and
even a "pocket" for the bride's outstretched hand with floral bouquet upon
which I was able to hang the ring and then reassemble everything back into the
Hallmark box. So when it came time to open presents, and Susan asked which one
she should open first, I gave her the package and said, "This is for you, but
it's really for the both of us so maybe this would be a good place to start."

Susan was flabbergasted but recovered very well. I had told a LOT of people
about my plans but it appears I chose well as she didn't have a hint that a
marriage proposal was in the offing. And my concerns that she might have had
her heart set on an even larger diamond turned out not to be a problem at all.
She LOVES the ring, and is looking forward to visiting your store again with
me when it comes time to discuss wedding bands.

certainly give you all the credit with my friends and colleagues at work, and

This is the original pencil drawing I designed, hand sketched and painted. Completely hand crafted, contains a beautiful rectangular shaped deep blue lapis lazuli stone from aphganistan and five round brilliant cut fine diamonds all set in eighteen karat gold.
