Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A: Currently, sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in Canada.
Q: I like a piece of your jewelry, but will you make a change for me?
A: We can definitely alter our jewelry or completely re-design to suit your specifications (a charge may apply). If you'd like us to create a custom piece of jewelry, you can build your own with our certified diamonds.
Q: What if I need a ring sized?
A: Ring sizing is free in most cases. With the exception of diamond eternity bands, patterned or textured wedding bands.
Q: Why are all your wedding bands shown in finger size 7?
A: Our wedding bands are shown and priced in finger size 7. Although, they may be ordered in most finger sizes, widths or modified entirely to your specifications. Extra charge for larger sizes and priced less for smaller finger sizes.
Q: What if I can't find a diamond on your site?
A: We want to help you find the perfect diamond. If you do not find it in our diamond inventory, email service@arcuri.ca to request the exact diamond you want, or call and speak to a diamond and jewelry consultant at 905.669.3939.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:

Credit cards: Through Pay Pal, use your, Visa, Master Card.

Bank wire: Arrange payment through your bank and receive a 1.5% discount. Bank wire payments are accepted on orders of $250 or more.

PayPal: By invoice.
Q: How long will shipping take?
A: We are in Canada and use UPS, and Canada post / Express, Priority or Air Mail Service for North America, Air Mail for International.
UPS or Xpresspost / Priority or Air Mail generally takes 2-10 business days.
Air Mail can periodically take up to 6 weeks, but typically 2 weeks to arrive. Express shipping is typically 1-2 business days, pending customs (international if applicable).
These times are approximate and can change based on geographical distance from Ontario, Canada.
Q: Will I be charged tariffs and or duties?
A: Many countries impose their own duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. Every country is different. We are not responsible for your country’s imposed taxes and other charges. We always ship our items with proper documents and always state the value of the goods as well as the contents of the package.
