Payments
For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:

Credit cards: Use your Visa, Master Card, Money order, PayPal (by invoice) and Bank wire transfer: Arrange payment through your bank and receive a 2% discount. Bank wire payments are accepted on orders of $250 or more. Contact us for details service@arcuri.ca or 905.669.3939. (Please note that both the issuing and receiving banks will charge fees that must be included in the wire amount.

Alternate Shipping address:
If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.

Buyer prepays. Visa/Master Card accepted and item(s) shipped 1-3 days. If we cannot verify credit card information, we reserve the right to ask for an International Money Order. Credit card billing occurs in Canadian dollars (US dollar equivalent will be charged in Canadian dollars based on daily currency rates). International Money Orders accepted. Western Union Auction Payments are also accepted.

Shipping/Insurance

Orders will be shipped 1-3 business days after payment is received and verified. Combined shipping, with reduced rates, is available when you use our check out service. All items must be on the same order. Check Out will calculate reduced rates for you. Estimated delivery time for XpressPost/ Priority mail service or UPS within North America is 1-7 business days from date of shipment. Overseas orders can take 1-4 weeks to arrive.

Returns
- To help ensure you make the right choice, we offer a very flexible return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item for a full refund. Just email or call us at 905.669.3939, to receive detailed instructions. Please note that the shipping and handling fee is non-refundable
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your item(s). If the item you receive is not in satisfactory condition, email us within 5 days of receipt for return instructions. We will exchange, repair, or, if item is no longer available, issue a refund. Items can be returned ONLY in as-sold condition, in original packaging. Items will not be accepted without prior contact & a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All new items, unless otherwise noted in description, include manufacturer's warranty. Shipping, duty, brokerage, & insurance charges are non-refundable.
