Returns
- To help ensure you make the right choice, we offer a very flexible return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item as late as January 15 for a full refund. Just email service@arcuri.ca or call us at 905.669.3939, to receive detailed instructions. Please note that the shipping and handling fee is non-refundable
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your item(s). If the item you receive is not in satisfactory condition, email us within 5 days of receipt for return instructions. We will exchange, repair, or, if item is no longer available, issue a refund. Items can be returned ONLY in as-sold condition, in original packaging. Items will not be accepted without prior contact & a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All new items, unless otherwise noted in description, include manufacturer's warranty. Shipping, duty, brokerage, & insurance charges are non-refundable.
